1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PawPaw Pets.
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Services.

2. Description of Services

• PawPaw Pets provides a platform where pet owners can browse pet shops, promotions, and related information.
• Pet shops may subscribe to our Services to gain visibility, share promotions, and access customer insights.
• Subscription plans are offered on a monthly basis. Details of current pricing, offers, and promotions are made available directly in the app or on our official website and may be updated from time to time.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users are not required to provide fully accurate personal information.
• Users may post reviews or comments. However, any action that harms the reputation of pet shops, spreads false information, or constitutes harassment may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed via Stripe using credit card payment.
• Charges are applied on the 1st day of each month.
• If a shop subscribes mid-month, the first payment will be prorated based on the remaining days of the month.
• Example: A shop subscribes on March 18 → charged prorated for March → next full charge on April 1.
• Refunds: Subscribed shops may request a refund within 7 days of their initial charge. No refunds are available after this period.
• Cancellation of subscription will result in restricted access:
  • The shop profile will remain visible on PawPaw Pets.
  • However, the shop will lose access to owner features such as creating promotions, issuing vouchers, and viewing dashboard insights.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• PawPaw Pets is an information platform only.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or disputes that occur between pet owners and shops, including but not limited to product issues, payment disputes, or service quality.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if users or shops:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.
• Harm the reputation or integrity of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through PawPaw Pets, including text, graphics, logos, and app design, is owned by or licensed to us. Users and shops may not copy, distribute, or modify this content without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

9. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the app with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
