Is it really free?
Yes, for 6 months, and there's no card to enter. Before any paid plan starts we'll tell you the price, and Founding Partners keep a founding price.
Do I need to buy a tablet?
No. The counter screen runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop you already have.
Do my customers need the app?
No. Walk-ins collect points with their phone number. Customers with the app show their member code and see their points there.
What about my customers' data?
It stays yours and we never sell it. App users' emails and phone numbers stay private; you see their first name.
What if it's not for me?
Stop whenever you like. There's nothing to cancel, and your shop stays listed on PawPaw Places.
